Zizani Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Melbourne

I ordered through a delivery service and had problems. I called to ask if it had been started and was very polite. I don’t blame the restaurants for the delivery apps it’s not their fault they can be dodgy. The owner was very rude and hung up on me after making it clear that I was a bother to him. I called back to order through them directly and he told me I was an inconvenience and causing them problems because I was doubling the order and hung up on me again. I called a third time to ask about holding the pizzas for us and we were on the way to collect. He once again blamed me for interrupting and hung up on me. Many years ago when I lived in Brunswick, zizani was called “Nikon's pizza”, & it was the best Pizza in Victoria, seriously. Over the 5 years I lived there, I bought Pizza, once a week without fail. Now I've moved back, I went to order Pizza & was happy to see the same owners still run the business after 20+ years..But the Pizzas has 60% less topping now. Owner lied to me, they forgot to put prawns on the pizza but the claim was that there were "2 or 3 prawns there you just can't see them". I ate it thinking maybe they were under the ingredients though I doubted it. After eating it, I was correct there were no prawns. She just did not want to cook me another one or refund me.

UPDATE: As we drove past the next night, I saw her assault a costumer physically.. wow. I was shocked, how are they still in business?
