Update: It seems that the good service has dropped when I had ordered an ice cream sandwich and didnt receive it, despite at the speaker box the staff member repeating my order back to me. I went through the drive through again to enquire and she said she didn't put it through! Seriously, that is bad service. It's not that hard to get an order some correctly, especially since it was only two items. So that's why I am dropping the service rating. She also wasn't going to give a fork so I had to ask and she didn't place the lid over the burrito. This was on the 2nd of July 2025.

I have always received the best service from the staff at Zambrero. They are courteous,professional and friendly. I always order my food through the drive through because I am a messy eater and enjoy eating my food with my hands either at home or in my car. But looking into the restaurant whilst waiting for my food order, the restaurant is beautifully decorated with a clean, neat and tidy environment with nice decor. All utensils and packaging are ecologically friendly and packaged well. Their serving sizes are excellent. I always buy hard shell tacos, which are delicious and also healthy. You can tell the chef and the staff really care about their customers by the good quality and sumptuous food they create. It's all healthy food but wow, is it delicious!

There is a good amount of filling in the tacos so that it's well balanced with the salad. It doesn't overflow and the flavours are balanced. The heat level is not too spicy, this allows for the different flavours to shine and tantalise your taste buds.

The fact that they support people in need by donating food bowls when you buy two specific items is really humbling. Zambrero don't ever change....

Probably the worst Zambreros experience ever.

Walked into the store relatively early on in the evening to find only one customer dining and all the foods in display at the front counter all cleared away - apparently they were only making orders at the back.

Bought a chicken burrito bowl and dined in. As I started to mix the food around I noticed that the large chunk of chicken was very pink (see photos attached).

Went back up to the counter and grabbed the attention of a female staff member to alert her about the uncooked chicken. Unfortunately, I had interupted her phone call but she stayed on the phone anyway whilst I tried to converse with her.

I pointed out the problem with the chicken and asked for a replacement but was straight up denied any because "all the meats are cooked exactly the same" - and also that they are premade and only heated up to be served. The staff member then proceed to poke and seperate the food in the bowl to check, luckily she had gloves on!

I was handed back the bowl of food, and told that everything looked fine (I think I was expected to take it back to consume even though someone had touched it with gloves that they had on to use various cleaning products!)

This was disappointing to say the least, and has also put me off going to any of the other franchises...

I decided to try the QUESADILLA STACK, and it did not disappoint. Packed with perfectly seasoned lamb, well chopped veggies, jalapeños, black beans, and a generous scoop of her unforgivable recommend source. it was a hearty and satisfying meal. The addition of their signature spicy sauces elevated the dish with a burst of bold and zesty flavors was truly impeccable.

Asthma was very knowledge of the menu was quite impressive—she provided thoughtful recommendations and took the time to answer all my questions with patience and enthusiasm.

What really stood out was her kind and professional demeanor. she remained composed and made every guest feel special. It’s rare to encounter someone who brings such a personal touch to their work, and Ashma’s dedication and positive attitude made my visit unforgettable.
