NEVER AGAIN!

Firstly called to ask if I could place an order and pay a deposit over the phone as I could not make it down to the store in person in time and I was told no I had to order in person. Luckily my husband was able to get down and place the order for me. He described the incredibly simple design we wanted, even showing pictures for them to copy.

When I went to collect the cake was completely wrong and I showed the girl the picture to which she said "it looks the same to me". The cake was $95 and not at all what we had asked for so I asked if she could please fix some of the icing which she agreed to do.

While I was waiting another employee was eating pastries from the display whilst serving customers!! Another woman then arrived to pick up a cake also and was visibly upset she said something to the lady then looked over at me and rolled her eyes as if to say "you too?".

After waiting... and waiting .. I was flashed my cake from a distance as she said "this better". I was in a rush so I said yes. Unfortunately she has not shown me the rear side of the cake that was extremely messy .. it looked as though the cake was made by a toddler not for one!

When I opened the cake box at home I was further disgusted at the state of it inside. Stained, dirty and covered in cobwebs!!!!!! (PICTURES ATTACHED) All of this next to the cake! I don't know if the health inspector knows about this place but Im sure he soon will, this is disgraceful!!!

If I wasn't in a rush to get to the party i would have asked for my money back. Im so disappointed and urge you to NEVER go here. Terrible service and even worse produce...

I was there today to order a cake in the shape of a book. First, I asked to see the price of the two cakes on display, and the older lady told me that the first one was $180, the second $160. OK. I said if I could do the order for the weekend. She told me I could and I asked for a $160 cake as she told me it cost that much. When I talked about the order, she added that the same cake costs $250. When I politely told her that she told me personally that the same cake costs $160, she angrily snapped that I didn't hear correctly that she said $250. My wife and another man confirmed that she said $160 and that I was not raising my voice. The saleswoman in question was very rude. I will never buy anything...

I absolutely love Just For You – The Bread House in Mirrabooka! Their breads are always fresh, soft, and full of flavour – it’s honestly hard to leave without grabbing a few loaves. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming, making it a lovely spot to shop for your daily bread or a special treat.

The only thing I wish is that there were some halal options for the sausage and bread choices. It would be great to enjoy all their delicious offerings while accommodating dietary needs.
