Mochachos Mirrabooka Square — Restaurant in Western Australia

Been coming here for years and previously rated it 5 stars. Is it under new management perhaps?

Not likely to return. Counter girl was on the phone when we came in, no signal or attempt from her to either call other staff or acknowledge us just turned her back and walked away.

I Wanted to order1in the region of $200 worth of food (1 fiesta, 1 family feast and a grand fiesta or feast, Bbq wings, and a couple burgers. Basically food for 9 people as I promised international visitors dinner who know Mochachos and were craving it.

The girl behind checkout (once she finished her call) finally acknowledges us begins taking our order. She then realises its a big order, pauses and says she needs to check if they have whole chicken. Pops in the back for a sec comes out and tells us they out of chicken.

A chicken restaurant is out of chicken at 7pm on a Friday night when they close at 9:30am? Come on, I work in retail and Covid shortages are long gone. I think these staff just wanted to go home early.

Looking at other reviews in the last month this place is going downhill in a hurry.

I dont hate mochachos but on 24/07 i place a order of 3 veggies burgers byself and i request no mayonnaise and cheese and ketchup .a person who look like a manager he said what leval of sauce you like their are 5 option i choose please insert hot source which was place on 3 leval and he and i double-check my order twice time i need hot sauce and he place the order after that i wait for takeaway. Its took more than 15 to between 20 minutes for takeaway order when we asked why its too long we go to go bcz we have a baby shower party he didn't any apologize for late that was ridicules .after that when we reach at home i can't believe all burgers dont have any kind of sauce i ring back to store and complaint we are not getting our orders completely its no sauce inside burgers he replied very dishonestly you said dont inserts sauce then o replied why you show me the levels of sauce which was place on your order desk but he completely denied our complaint very disappointed whith your service you ripped off my money . I ordered a chicken schwarma meal from Mochachos Mirrabooka via Uber Eats. Upon taking a bite, I was stabbed in the top of my mouth by a hard, sharp object. I immediately tasted blood and removed the object, which turned out to be half a chicken leg bone — something that absolutely should not be in a schwarma.

I contacted the store to report the incident and spoke with the manager, but was shocked at their response. I was told that since I ordered through Uber Eats, they weren’t interested in dealing with the issue — as if the delivery method somehow excuses a food safety hazard. No apology or concern was expressed about the fact that I was injured by the food they had prepared.

I used to be a loyal customer and have ordered from this location many times, but I’ve noticed a steady decline in quality. After this painful and unacceptable experience, I will not...
