This centre has employed rude, arrogant basketball referees who seem to be under the assumption that the way to deal with customer questions is to pick a fight with the players and their parents. This centre does not take out punishment on the referees that do this and allows them to continue this behaviour. This leads to dangerous and bias games in which players can get hurt to the point of bleeding before a foul is called and even then it is rare. One of the referees here grabbed one player by the throat after the referee had aggravated the customer toamger. This behaviour is not acceptable aand I will be contacting the city of Stirling Human Resources as this complaint was not addressed in emails sent directly to the head of centre. I do not recommend you allow your child or teenager or yourself to play here as you would be entering a dangerous situation where all the referees are either friends withh other abusive players letting rough and dangerous play slide on the court or they are aggressive themselves. Will not be coming here again and will make sure anyone I know to not come...

We recently hosted a party at Herb Graham Mirrabooka and spent a significant amount of money. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by an unexpected fire alarm that disrupted the event. Despite there being no visible fire or smoke, the alarm continued to sound, and none of the staff seemed to know why.

Even more frustrating was the fact that there was no trained personnel on-site to address the situation. Our guests were left waiting outside in the cold for an hour, hoping to re-enter, but the staff were unable to turn off the alarm. Eventually, our guests had no choice but to leave.

Later, we learned from others that the alarm at this venue goes off randomly quite often. To add insult to injury, the venue did nothing to compensate us for the disruption and inconvenience caused. This was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience, and we felt it was a complete waste of money. We would not recommend hosting an event at Herb Graham Mirrabooka given the lack of preparedness, poor response, and lack of compensation for such...

We were served by this african guy think his name was loowal or something. He came to us with this intimidating pose and was threatening us to leave or we have to pay again. We were using casual pass which means we get to use the courts unless it's booked for the whole day or whenever the place shuts. A friend was telling him we are regulars and we have never come across these rules and he was just not listening and started arguing. If this place wants to actually compete with other courts this guy is not the answer but more the problem why less people come to herb Graham. He charged us for the ball aswell which was always free if we gave in keys or something. He was not even listening to us when we were asking him to clarify the "new" rules and they didn't let us know before we got on the courts. He was on his phone the whole time but apart from him everyone else is very nice and don't make up...
