Decided to stop by Moonta for a quick brunch before heading back to Adelaide. Ran across this cute cafe that was quite trendy, and has plenty of healthy, vegetarian, and vegan options. . Smashed avocado: with extra fried egg and bacon - pretty tasty, and good value. Glad I added the extras, or else it might not be substantial enough for me 😅😅. . Banh mi with chicken and Sriracha sauce: this was really juicy and full of flavours! Not quite 'authentic' but it's not meant to be. Nicely done! . Snickers smoothie: omg this was so good!! Really strong peanut...

Absolutely devine lunch here today. The Bagel Two Ways was actually the highlight of my day! Genius combination of toppings and totally worked, would not have tried this at home, I'll be back for round two before the week is out. Husband had this Big Bird which was scrumpy!! Great value. 9yr had the fruit crepe/waffle and a banana honey smoothie and 11yr old son had the kids avo on toast, and a smoothie, perfect size for them. Everyone was happy!! Highly recommend Nook n Nourish, we'll definitely have again...

An unexpected culinary highlight of Moonta. This place offers a variety of juices, healthy meals and snacks. The menu features some aptly named delights and on this day I had a juice called 'Ninjas in Paris' - very tasty. The smashed avo brunch option was my pick (again) but I was disappointed that the staff / cafe did not offer poached eggs at all. The serving (as pictured) was aesthetically pleasing and tasted wonderful. Service was ok without being exceptional (I detest when wait staff 'plonk' dishes or cups...

One of my favourites cafes to be in. Not only has it got great service and food, but it also has sugar free cake options, milk alternatives, low carb and low calorie food. As a Type 1 Diabetic, this has to be one of my favourite places to go on a day out. There are times where the cakes aren't always there but their food always makes up for it.
