I recently had a delivery experience from KFC Beechboro on Friday around 8 o'clock, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant one. As a delivery master, I have had my fair share of orders and have seen efficient and quick service from various restaurants. However, my recent experience with KFC Beechboro left me disappointed and frustrated.
I received a pickup order from KFC Beechboro, and upon arrival, I noticed that there were many other delivery orders waiting to be fulfilled. I expected a busy atmosphere, but to my surprise, one of the staff members, Kimberly, seemed to be more interested in time-passing rather than fulfilling the orders. She was moving at a very slow pace and didn't seem to be bothered by the long line of delivery orders.
As I waited for my order to be prepared, I couldn't help but notice how slow and inefficient Kimberly was. She was taking her sweet time while other team members were working quickly to fulfill takeaway orders. It was clear that she was not putting in her best effort to complete the delivery orders promptly. This was especially frustrating because it was a Friday night, and I'm sure many customers were eagerly waiting for their meals.
What shocked me the most was when I saw Kimberly blowing air on her face by the chips packs. I understand that some tasks may seem tedious and boring, but as a staff member at a fast-food chain, it is crucial to maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
It was evident that KFC Beechboro has some good and quick staff members who can handle delivery orders efficiently. However, Kimberly's slow and careless attitude was negatively impacting the overall experience. I was disappointed and felt that my time and money were wasted due to her lack of effort.
I hope that the management at KFC Beechboro takes notice of this and addresses the issue. As a loyal customer, I expect better service, especially when it comes to delivery orders. I hope that this incident was just a one-time occurrence and that in the future, all staff members will work together to provide efficient and quick service to their customers.

FOOD WAS TERRIBLE
The burger i had the "chicken fillet" was half the size of the bun if that! tiny bit of chicken the size of a 2 nuggets at best, a couple of tiny shreds of lettuce and the smallest drop of sauce. And it was cold and dry and NOT hot and spicy like I ordered. The chips cold and soggy, the potato and gravy was just potato with a splash of gravy, 4 soggy chips and the gravy was gone.
The 4 pieces of chicken i got were so greasy it went through the box and started to soak into my seat by the time i got home. When i pulled them out of the oil soaked box it looked like they had been kicked all over the shop floor for a day, Dripping with oil and missing most of the coating and not even hot and spicy that I ordered. The most disgusting pieces of chicken ive ever seen in my life.
This experience has turned me off KFC

I ordered 1x 3 peice pack Large and got a small meal. Asked for 3 Thighs and got 2 Thighs and 1 breast. I also asked for an extra bread roll and got 1 packed my dinner
I ordered a dinner 2 piece pack and Thighs got that right.
Had to go back to counter to ask for 2 bread rolls as the third order I did had not received her extra roll.
We also didn't recieve our spoon packs with clean wipes and had to go back to the counter 😕
All up this service we paid for cost 40.00. 😒
Management need to monitor the packing of the food. I also nearly got charged for a drink that came with the mesl pack anyway.
Proberly won't be back anytime soon.
