Muzz Buzz - Beechboro — Restaurant in Western Australia

I bought a grande hot chocolate and a grande decaf oat latte from the Beechboro store around 8am the other day. Two-thirds into my latte I found a piece of plastic (a bread tie) in the cup. This is a serious safety issue – I could have swallowed it.

I emailed the owner (as identified in another review response) rather than post a review and received no reply so here we are. The lack of care and accountability is extremely concerning.

I love muzzbuzz beechboro! It is very convenient to drive though and grab a coffee on the go. The staff are friendly but the stand out staff are Leah and Aidean! They know my order, they are both such lovely staff and will always welcome you with a smile. I love that if you bring your dog through with you they get a treat as well, it’s a little touch like this which makes this store amazing.I can’t say anything bad about this store because my experience has always been positive:) thanks MB...

Ordered coffee here. Is a drive through, hole in the wall walk in style coffee place. Sells food too, toasties etc. Coffee was exceptional but what really stood out for me was the service! Served by a young lad, didn't catch his name but his manner and his helpful and friendly demeanour was an absolute stand out! What an asset to your team he is! I'll definitely be back for...
