Went for dinner on Saturday. It was a dreadful experience. They had catered to a private party. And we didn’t get looked after. The waiting staff went back and forth with the order for almost 20mins. Communication between three wait staff was poor. When starters did come 35 mins later it came in bits and no serving spoon for the chutneys were given we had to ask for it. The salad carrots were not peeled had the butter skin on. Mains came the naan was under done, raw and burnt and by that point we were just put off. Had a bit of it and decided to just get the food packed for home. My kids wanted to have the falooda with ice cream we decided to get that take away that came 40mins later and the pictures are attached. It was served exactly as you see in the cling film, disgusting and tasted horrible. No spoon nothing was given. We had to ask for it. I complained to the waitress regarding time and the fact that falooda doesn’t look this way. She has poor customer service and just said this is all we do. There was no ice cream. And it tasted and smelt off, I had to throw it in the bin. We spent about 130$ it was a huge disappointment. Never going there again!! Waste of hard earned money! Don’t go there if they are catering to private parties as you don’t get the service you pay for. The high reviews...
Read moreI recently visited a Pakistani restaurant for their Sunday brunch buffet, priced at $25 per person. Located with limited parking at the back, the restaurant impresses with its cleanliness and spacious ambiance. The buffet spread featured a variety of dishes showcasing Pakistani cuisine. They offered two types of bread: soft and flavourful naan and crispy puri. For protein options, there were two types of meat: tender beef and lamb. Additionally, chickpeas and potatoes added depth to the vegetarian offerings. One standout aspect was the dessert, suji, which provided a sweet ending to the meal. In terms of spice levels, the food was milder than anticipated, catering to a wider palate range with less heat from chili. The beef was notably well-cooked, impressively tender, and flavourful. Service was a definite highlight, with waitresses who were polite, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal, enhancing the overall dining experience. Overall, the Sunday brunch buffet at this Pakistani restaurant offers good value for money, especially considering the quality of food and excellent service. It's a recommended spot for those looking to explore Pakistani cuisine in a welcoming...
