I had a disappointing experience at Red Rooster recently. I went through the drive-through and ordered some chips. When I received them, they were cold and stale. I politely asked the staff if I could have some fresh chips instead, but was shocked when I saw them take the same chips to the back of the kitchen.

After waiting for a few minutes, the chips were returned to me in the same packaging, only slightly warmer. I was extremely disappointed with this lack of professionalism and the poor quality of the chips. As a customer, I expect to receive fresh and hot food, especially when I am paying for it.

Overall, I would not recommend this Red Rooster location based on my experience. I believe that the staff needs to improve their customer service skills and ensure that the food they serve is of a high standard. It's important for businesses to treat their customers with respect and provide them with a positive experience, and unfortunately, I did not receive that...

[UPDATE Sept 2022] ... Now back down to 1 star. Think they are under different management since my last visit.

Both my partner + my meals were swimming in mayo. As she said "worst ever had from this store".

Atleast our dogs were happy.

[UPDATE Oct 2021] ... Have now upgraded to 4 stars. Food/service was as expected. Staff friendly + prompt service.

[UPDATE May 2021] ... Have now upgraded to 2 stars, as staff very friendly + store has upgraded their menu display system since last visit.

What the ?!?!?!?!!! At 9:45pm on sat night, and they're not accepting any more orders (so that they can do cleaning and close the store on time) - Yet it was still 15 minutes left before official closing time.

Think they should adjust their offical closing...
