Flavaboom — Restaurant in Mount Barker

we are regular customers at flavaboom as the drinks are great and service is generally wonderful. however, we arrived at approximately 5:15pm on saturday (1/6) evening to purchase 3 drinks like usual. no other customers were present. the woman who served us was in a rush and panicked manor so we initially felt very unwelcome. shown through her huffing and puffing and sprinting around the shop. shortly before the drinks were finished she was very panicked and spilt one of the drinks, following it with loudly saying ‘fridge on a door’, making us as customers both concerned and uncomfortable. she then slammed our drinks on the table which added to the uncomfortableness. we understand that ordering close to closing time is an inconvenience however, we have previously arrived close to closing and have been greeted warmly. overall, good place - will return but concerned from this...

My younger sister and I went to Flavaboom the other day and we both throughly enjoyed their Wintermelon Milk tea (I added Coconut Jelly and Tapioca Perals) and Strawberry Smoothie (she added rainbow jelly). My younger sister also got chocolate ice cream and was very satisfied with the nice cool summer treat!! We have been waiting a long time for Bubble/Boba tea to make its way to Mount Barker. We also thought our drinks were reasonably priced and weren't too sweet for having full sugar. The tapioca pearls stuck together in a small clump at one point so it made it a little difficult to drink, still delicious and satisfying! My sister and I both look forward to returning to Flavaboom to treat...

I absolutely love that shop we stop there every single time we are in Mount Barker but today around 3:30 on the 13th of April it was just horrible. Don’t get me wrong the bubble tea still tasted great but one of the staff made the whole atmosphere of the place horrible he treated the other server like trash to the point I had to hold back not having a go at him and he would just throw all the stuff he used. Everyone with me noticed how horrible he was to her and how horrible his attitude was. I’m not sure if he was a manager or not it said so on his hat but despite that his attitude is horrible for the food...
