I've been ordering from Guzman's mount barker since their restaurant opened.. it was great! you could get a whole burrito for $10 that was satisfyingly portioned and felt worth it.
Now a couple years later they are charging $14 for smaller portioned burritos and most of the time they get part of my order wrong missing extras I paid for.
Yesterday was the final straw for me, I came in and spent $110 to buy my whole family Guzman's, Only for me to get home and open the bag.. not only was one of my items missing, The items that were there looked like they had been slapped together by a 10-year-old with no regard or care. The toppings were extremely salty to the point where we didn't even finish eating it as we started feeling sick. They missed guacamole, extra toppings we paid for.. and the portion size ludicrously small.
The chips were raw, with again that much salt your lips crusted up within a few bites and the quesadillas had some burnt topping in and nothing else, basically felt like biting into a tortilla with salt and burnt crust from whatever food they were cooking and had left over..
This is by far the worst experience I've ever had, I've tried contacting their restaurant however they don't pick up nor does the website reply.
A warning to all those who attend here, make sure you double check your orders before you leave and request staff double check as it's an extremely dodgy business.

When I drove off I realised I did not have the correct food. Drove back through the drive through to query it.
I was told I only paid for what I received.
Clearly just a communication issue which you would assume is no big deal.
But then I was told by the girl serving that "you don't have to be weird about it" followed by "You are being weird about it".
I'm being weird ???....
I'm not the one who messed up the order, I'm not the one who messed up my life and can only get a job at a drive though..
G&G has really good staff in general so I realise that this is not a management issue - this is an attitude issue by a single staff member.
Simply because I queried the order and confirmed what I did order versus what she heard - I am told I am being weird..
Should be sacked as she has an underlying bitter attitude not suitable for the customer service industry.
Just reviewed the other negative reviews on Google... Management just cut and paste a generic response.
(No interested in taking the time to reply to people online - probably just a way of not publicly responding to disheartened customers and mitigating any further online...

However, tonight I ordered a meal online and went immediately to the window as I wanted to request a change which wasn’t available on the app before the staff started cooking. This was simply that I wanted to filling on my nacho fries. I approached the window and told the lady on the speaker what my order was. I then attempted to ask if I could remove all meat from the meal and was continually interrupted with her saying “we only got that like five seconds ago and haven’t started”. Once I was finally able to get a word in I requested to remove the meat to which she answered “right no filling, but like I said we only just got that order”. I drove around to the window. At the window I waited a couple of minutes which I expected. Then my food was thrusted at me by a female worker without a smile or a word other than “order 2066?”. This was at 8:30 on Sunday evening 4/8. Not sure whether she was having a bad day but definitely needs an attitude adjustment and a chat...
