Register receipts were not given to kitchen and if not confronted one hour after ordering, we would never have gotten the order. Order arrived, two of the table went to the toilets and waiter took plates that were given to them by a table member. Waiter also took half full plate of food from empty seat without asking if it was still being eaten. It was and two table members arrived back at the table to missing food.

Ordered dinner at 7.11pm, now 8.30pm and haven't even received the garlic bread. Queried the delay and told 'we are very busy'. I tend to think they are more incompetent than busy. Have now missed the start of the concert we paid for! There has to be somewhere in Muswellbrook that can provide good customer service (McDonald's, Hungry Jack's) certainly not...
