I have been up and down with this franchise but today I've had enough. I was charged $3 too much and I had to throw out the guacamole. The guacamole had what I can only describe as a lump of meat in it (lucky I'm not a veggo) (photos attached) as I didn't know what this was I had no choice but to throw the guacamole out incase it made me sick. Every time I go there they are training new staff, and it's obvious they tell them not to put too much in the servings. If I order the same meal each time I go there then I expect the same size portions for what I am charged. Today I ordered a medium Nachos, beef, no sour cream, no jalapenos, Chili sauce, tomato and onion. Guacamole and chips. Charged $21.62 I checked the online pricing and I should have been charged $18.80 It's only a $2.82 difference but that's not the point is it? If you can't afford to put a hand full of tomato and onion in a meal then take it off your menu, because a few bits of either isn't worth what we are paying for it. If the person in front of me gets a small Nachos and it's got more in the bowl than the medium Nachos I have ordered that's just ridiculous. Get consistent with your servings standing there watching other ppl get the same meal and the sizes are completely different only makes this place look like the management can't run a fast food outlet. Ordered the cauliflower 'power bowl' take away. According to the menu & picture, 'what's included' was tomato salsa, corn salsa, corriander and onion, jalepeno and cauliflower florettes. All we got was rice, pureed beans, a few tiny florettes, also contrary to the picture which showed chunky pieces, & half the dish was just lettuce. When we rang, they said because we asked for extra salsa etc on another dish, they thought we wanted NO salsa etc on the first dish?? They did offer to rectify their error but it was too far to return. Nothing 'powerful' about this dish. Dismal waste of money. To be balanced, the vege 'power' bowl with extra salsa and guacamole was fine, rice gluggy but the dish was mostly salad - 3.5 on a take away food scale. Overall a 2 star experience....

Definitely should have read the terrible reviews before ordering! Placed an order for delivery at 12:30. Advertised time for delivery is 20-35 minutes. I was given a delivery time of 1:55-2:15. Contacted the restaurant at 2:23 as my order had not arrived. They told me they had just made my order and that it was about to be delivered. Contacted the restaurant again 3:10 as I had still not received my order. They said that it was on board for delivery at that time. They stated that they did not re make the order after this second and that it had been sitting on a warmer for the past 45 minutes. Order arrived at 3:17pm.
