Yum yum yum Simply the BEST pasties in all of Australia I say, and bloody good pies too. Try the pepper steak pie. Real pies with real meat 👍 tasty too.

Seriously this is a great bakery that uses good old fashioned recipes and they don't skimp on the filling either.

No wonder you see so many trucks and motorbikes lined up out the front as they always know where to find great food at good prices.

The friendly service is refreshingly sincere and the choices are impressive (sweet and savoury) including the gluten-free options and consistently good coffee. If you're heading south, it's a good idea to stop here for a coffee break before tackling the notoriously treacherous section of road to the next town. Meat pie was one of the best I've had, and I prefer chunky steak but it was 2:00 p.m. and they were all sold out. Sausage roll was good too. However the tragic vanilla slice did not satisfy, it was flavorless and gluggy and the pastry was soggy. Particularly disappointing after I was advised by the attendant that it was a very good vanilla slice. I couldn't get it down. Would have gladly traded it for another of those pies😭. Choc doughnut was dry.
