I recently visited this pizza shop with great anticipation, Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be underwhelming due to the establishment's abysmal customer service and lack of cleanliness. Here is my detailed review of my disappointing encounter.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the disinterested and unwelcoming attitude of the staff. Instead of a warm greeting or even a simple acknowledgment, I was met with disinterested glances of the employee. The lack of attention to customers was apparent, as phones were being checked by staff members while ignoring basic service needs.

As I attempted to place my order, it became evident that the employees were completely disorganized. They displayed a complete lack of product knowledge, struggling to provide information about various toppings and specials. It seemed as though training and product familiarization were far from their priority.

The most distressing aspect of my experience, however, was the abhorrent cleanliness of the restaurant. Storage area infront of the store, floors were littered with crumbs, napkins, and even pieces of discarded pizza, creating an unappetizing atmosphere. It was evident that the staff had little regard for maintaining a hygienic dining area or making any attempt at regular cleaning. The air-conditioning was not working or was turned off on a hot day and created an uncomfortable atmosphere inside the shop. The employee was rude because we tried to keep the door open while waiting for the pizza.

Pizaa itself wasn't bad, but the experience at the shop was horrible.

In light of this experience, it is clear that this pizza shop has an urgent need for improvement in both customer service and cleanliness. The lackadaisical attitude displayed by the staff and the state of uncleanliness throughout the restaurant were major disappointments. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism, cleanliness, and an overall pleasant atmosphere, which, unfortunately, were sorely lacking during this visit.

In light of this unfortunate experience, I can not recommend this pizza shop to anyone seeking a pleasant experience. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to rectify the issues at hand, as it is detrimental to the reputation and future success of the...

Well I walked in looked around. Just going to walk out when a sales assistant came out of hiding to serve me. So much for security! I tried the new $6.95 lunch special pizza but found them much smaller then the $5 usual special and you can't get them in thin & crispy. The shop always looks well dark and untidy. To the right they have a semi exposed storage area that isn't appealing. The whole layout is just messy and dark. The pizza themselves were served hot and very tasty. I have had this same experience before I guess they only have one assistant on at lunchtimes and its often hard to find her. I guess they are bound by price fixing from head office but I have lost count of how many times people refuse extras based on a high price especially deserts. Plenty of parking is freely available in the plaza car park. Toilets not at the shop but available in the plaza main area. They offer a hot guarantee home delivery service at night. They are also trading after the main plaza closes of a night. Easy to find located on the old Pacific highway as most people know it rather then Giinigay Way the name imposed on all residents when the M1 opened. As a side why call it Motorway 1 rather then Pacific Highway. The answer is real simple the Government can privatise a motorway but not a Highway so keep watching closely or you will be on a tollway like...

Ordered pizza at 7:42. Now 9; 9:10.

Understand lots of orders but gee over an hour and a half and still waiting. Just not acceptable. Very poor time to be delivered. Unlikely to use again. Rang store said they had a lot of orders. Not my problem. Order just got delivered after 90 miny. chips are soggy binned them. Pizza warm but dry and very powdery ate 3 slices went out with the chips. At least the garlic bread was nice.

Hard to recommend. Had better pizza and quicker service.

After logging my complaint through the link in the reply was offered a replacement meal.

Order pizza again. Epic fail... Order bbq metalovers and got some extremely spicies pizza that no one could eat. Through it out. Website does not seem to give what you ordered. How bad won't be ordering again. Can not explain how bad the website and service is. Will ordered locally from now on. Needs a hell of a lot of improvement. So...
