My wife & I had a recent breakfast stop over during our return trip back to Victoria & on our return trip back to Brisbane at McDonald's located at 199 Maitland St, Narrabri NSW 2390.
This McDonald's outlet was not as busy as in previous visits, but this time, we found that the Customer Service to be of a better standard.
The duty manager in charge seemed to have a good handle of ensuring everything was running smoothly & I was particularly impressed by the standard of the coffee, which was a major improvement from previous visits 😀
I was more than happy with the presentation of the breakfast orders, particularly the Bacon & Egg Mcmuffin, which was prepared to perfection 👌 👍
This made our breakfast stop to this McDonald's outlets much more worthwhile. 😀
This is not the first time that we visited McDonald's Narrabri & we will definitely recommend anyone visiting or passing through Narrabri to support this local McDonald's outlet.
The toilet facilities & general areas of this McDonald's outlet were in better condition this time around.
It is important being such a busy McDonald's outlet to ensure that a high standard of hygiene.
Keep up the great work at...
Read moreI recently visited McDonald's in Narrabri, NSW, and I have a couple of observations regarding the facilities.
Firstly, I noticed that there is only one toilet available for men. Considering the location of this McDonald's right on the Newell Highway, it tends to get busy with travelers. It would be greatly appreciated if there were more clean and available toilet facilities to accommodate the influx of customers.
Additionally, I encountered an issue with the self-serve terminal. The terminal was out of receipt paper, which meant that the order number couldn't be printed. This made it a bit inconvenient and confusing, especially during peak hours when it's important to keep track of orders. It would be beneficial if the terminal's paper supply is regularly checked and replenished to ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process.
Overall, while McDonald's in Narrabri, NSW, offers the usual fast-food experience, it would greatly improve customer satisfaction if there were more toilet facilities for men, especially considering the high traffic location, and if the self-serve terminals were consistently provided with receipt paper to avoid any...
Read moreIf I could have rated with a Minus Number I would have. The restaurant was not busy but was very dirty. I used the McDonalds App to order (pretty much just drinks order) it took ages and two drinks were missing! We waited but they were not delivered to our table as requested. I went to the counter and stood with my receipt- there were 5 staff just standing (two being senior) all avoided making contact till I interrupted! Our drinks were sitting on the counter - junior staff member slammed them down in front of me - no apology and walked off!!
Three of our four children were employed by McDonalds as teenagers - BACK WHEN THERE WERE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE - they would never have treated a customer that way or they would have been reprimanded and more than likely lost their jobs!!
TOTALLY DISGUSTED - your standards...
