Domino's Pizza Erina — Restaurant in New South Wales

What I thought would be a nice quality dominos footy dinner turned into a toxic disaster. I ordered a meat lovers pizza with a garlic crust from this dominos store and something smelled and tasted off about my pizza while I was consuming it. It was only as I’d finished eating the pizza did a toxic blue substance fall out of the remaining pieces of the crust and pizza. It put me off for the rest of the night. I tried to call this dominos store for some answers and I got through to them but the person at the reception desk immediately put me on hold without asking or notice. Incredibly terrible service.

I’ve had delivery and product issues with this dominos numerous times in the past concerning forgotten products, outage of certain products such as their thick shakes and timeliness of the delivery. But every time I’ve given them feedback on their site regarding this they have responded to me in a timely manner, compensating me with either a free product token, replacing the product with another or refunding me entirely.

But this time in all my 8 years of continual loyalty and ordering from this dominos and the Terrigal one before its closure I’ve never had this happen to me before. This is the last straw for me and after reading past reviews from your past customers regarding this dominos it’s safe to say I’m not the only one with product and time issues with this store. I’m not ordering from this dominos or any other dominos store again.

Terrible Terrible service, pizza’s so dry, hardly any toppings. When I rang to advise how disappointing the pizza’s were, one of the staff, the boy that took our order, said a manager would be back in 30 mins, when I rang back then to speak with the manager the kid who originally spoke to me pretended to be the manager. I asked him his name and reminded him I previously spoke to him and he then advised the manager would be back at 7.45. I now realise why he didn’t want me to speak with the manager as the pizza’s were like cardboard, so dry and I mean hardly any toppings, we binned them. Don't know if I'll be going there again. Waited 10 minutes, 3 other people walked in after me, there were like 8 pizzas there waiting to get picked up. The girl serving served one guy, kept talking to him, then picked up the phone, took the order, walked away, meanwhile still waiting, luckily one of the other girls came in from a delivery and served me straight away. I get that it gets busy, but honestly, if you have customers waiting there, you don't ignore them! I've worked in customer service, and this is just appalling. I think maybe you need to retrain your employees, because as I was taught, the customer comes first. How are you going to keep a business running if this is how...
