Domino's Pizza Medowie — Restaurant in New South Wales

Tomight I was delivered the wrong pizza. When I rang the store and told them they sent the wrong pizza that I won’t eat. I get told “okay we can make your pizza but we need the other one back” 1. Like I care I just informed you I won’t eat that 2. What are you going to do? On sell the pizza after it’s sat at my house for 20mins? It saves me binning it so I don’t care. So I tell her I don’t care again I just want the pizza I ordered and paid for and since I had already informed her I can’t eat it clearly I’m happy for them to take it back. She again informs me she can cook my pizza now? but only if I give the other one back. Tops customer service Dominos 😡😡😡. On Friday night 20-06-2025, I did a online order and after I processed the payment and got the thank you and immediately it said to update the App, so I did. I couldn't get my order back so I checked the bank to see if the payment went thru, it did pending. 30 mins later I rang the store and asked if my order went thru. It didn't and had to be reordered online while on the phone with a store member. She said it would disappear when getting processed thru the bank. 2 days later it was processed and both orders were cleared. So I paid for 1 order twice. They won't give me a refund and I've got to chase it up with my bank. No I'm sorry for this mistake. I picked up from this establishment and was met with a horrendous sight, the pans did not look even a little bit clean, and the hygiene of the employees were a sight to see, however I was hungry and thought I'd take a chance when I received the food it was absolutely terrible i would call it basically inedible, the chemical taste and the cross contimination, (on a classic pepperoni pizza, i had traces of jalapenos and pineapple) was so overpowering that in the end I threw it out due to fear of getting sick, however a slice and a half seemed to be more than enough to make me sick and I ended up throwing up later that night, WOULD...
