Domino's Pizza Salamander Bay — Restaurant in New South Wales

Dreadful DREADFUL quality pizza! Unfortunately the only food delivery available at the bay is dominos pizza and every time I’m desperate do decide to ‘give them another chance’ I am presented with the same cardboard tasting crust, no pepperoni on my pizza despite ordering and paying for extra and Luke warm temperature every time. Tonight to add to the disappointment there was also basically no cheese or sauce on my pizza... you could see almost the entire base from the top. Again, for the fourth time in a row I have thrown three whole pizzas out despite paying between $30 and $40 online before seeing you the product. I have reviewed every time to the store but obviously management aren’t listening. If I were eating in store I would return for a full refund, but since the driver has left I am stuck with 3 pizzas that will go to landfill. Delivery staff are always friendly and well presented but management needs to start from scratch and get a new dough and sauce recipe with some flavour and re-train all their staff on how to make a pizza. It’s sad when a frozen McCain job would beat them in flavour and quality every time at 1/4 of the price. Seriously, dominos salamander bay, you need to do something. We order 3 pizzas a garlic bread and a drink, the girl who took our order and repeated it back three times she asked for our address which was in nelson bay she told me it would be about a 30 minute wait to which i was ok with as i know its the busy season. It was our house hold chrissy party i had a heap of kids here sleeping over. 40 mintues later we called and were put on hold i ended up hanging up a few mintues later they called and said they were out at solders point looking for our address she told me it wasnt coming up in the gps so she was driving back to the store to speak to the mangager i told her it was nelson bay not soldiers point she took our order back to the store the mangager rang us back told us they dont deliver to nelson bay no more, he said i will put your order through to the nelson bay store when i said we have starving kids will it be for free he told me no we will still charge you the $53 dollars.. and hung up on me. ( i had totally forgotten about the pizza in nelson bay as we dont get pizza very much and after i made the phone call my wife reminded me about the store in nelson bay, but the girl on the phone still took my order and details she did not tell me that they dont come this way 😡😡 so 50 minutes later our pizza finally came even tho it was pretty close to midnight the kids finally ate and fell a...

After 30 years of living in a small town putting money back into locally run businesses I couldn’t count the times we had birthday parties, footy nights and the good old movie nights slapping a bit of pizza down our throats and washing it down with a garlic bread. Never would I think of seeing the day when they are too busy now to deliver exactly a 9 minute drive away. What sort of store is being run here?! Dominoes prides themselves on a delivery service with all sorts of deals, literally flooding our letterboxes with advertising. “ a business decision” is what the explanation was. What a crock!! This reeks of money hungry owners that realise the town has grown and don’t need the 9 minute drive to a small town anymore....
