Frozen pasta,walked back 300m from my hotel.left my pizza to get cold went back to restaurant and took 5 minutes for someone to talk to the guy with a domino's pasta container.finally told them it was frozen,they said would you like another one or this one reheated,they couldn't do another one cause they're all frozen.get my pasta and the guy says here's your pasta... does it look OK. I said it looked OK when it was frozen, so you tell me. He said no problems. I get back to my motel,3 minute walk. The pasta is disgustingly cold and my pizza was like it was so uncooked I felt like I was eating fresh dough. Not too mention the guy that I could only figure was the manager walk in from outside with only socks on his feet barking orders and pointing fingers and yelling at the workers for considering a discount for a customer. He continued to walk around and cut pizzas in his socks. Worst food I have ever ordered from anywhere I will never eat domino's again....I feel sick...

From the time it opened I was disappointed at the soggy bottom on their pizzas as compared with other stores. Its as though their oven doesn't cook from the bottom at all. The last two orders were so undercooked, the base was like warm doughy bread rather than pizza. One of those occasions the cheese was not fully melted and the ham looked and tasted like it was completely uncooked and raw. Today I got a chicken & camembert missing any camembert, or the bacon for that matter. Also had the cherry tomatoes I asked to have removed. I called and they sent a remake which was fixed but then missing the hollandaise sauce which really makes this pizza when done right. Read morePurchased two pizzas, garlic bread and Pepsi via phone call for delivery. Waited an hour and no delivery. Rang to confirm delivery time and told no order had been made. Charge was clearly on our credit card. Told by staff that unable to process order unless new order was made which we did, but then wanted to charge more for the same order. Were then told to call the Domino’s hotline for refund, which apparently they can’t provide the phone number or can it be found online. Have attempted to get a refund for over a week without success. Was originally offered vouchers for less than the value of what was charged. Incompetent staff and management. Will now contact Fair Trading for...
