Domino's Pizza Tamworth — Restaurant in New South Wales

This issue has been RESOLVED. Was helping my sick friend who got tested for Covid-19 to pick up his order. When one of the staff passed me the food SHE ASKED ME to pay around $36, all I had was just some cash, SO I GAVE her $50, and she gave me the change for it. Back home, turns out my friend told me that he already paid online for the order and he has the digital receipt. So I called the restaurant around 3 hours after I picked up the order. But they dont want to pay me back, because they say that they can't proof I gave them money because it's cash. I told them, just do cash count, and you will find surplus, but still they refuse to pay me back. AND I SAID AGAIN, just see from your CCTV, you must have see me in the clip GIVING HER MONEY, but they said everyone is busy, and it's waste of time to look for the PROOF that I gave them money. I said again, I know the exact time I went to their store it's around 7.22 pm, so you don't have to look for it for to long, still they refused to do so. It's EASY to find the proof that I gave you cash, the question is, DO YOU WANT TO HELP...

The food was cold and horrible, due to the fact that it sat ready in-store for nearly 45 mins before the delivery driver picked it up. I ordered directly with dominos to avoid uber delivery, who are hopeless! I called the store and spoke to an employee called Jeb, asking that they replace the cold pizza. I was told that they unfortunately couldn’t do anything about it. I asked to speak to his manager, they weren’t available, I asked for the store managers name, he didn’t know it, I asked for the owners name, he didn’t know it. I asked if he thought that it was ok that I get left with a cold dinner because they decided to use uber delivery (even though I ordered off of Dominos website, not uber eats). He said it sucks, but it is what it is. Avoid this place...

Ordered two value boxes from dominos last night, When my food was bought home I noticed there was a box missing. And ingredients were missing out of the first box. I called straight away around 8:30pm, Was told a driver would be sent out with the food. Came 9:40 I called them three times in a row, no answer. I called again a bit after 10 just to find they were closed... So never had dinner. Called back today 11:00am, Just to be told that there's nothing they can do about it?... Considering one of their workers said a driver would be out last night.. after their stuff up. Never ordering from dominos on Phillip street again, just a...
