The best Fruit Mince Tarts anywhere! I am from Sydney, but always visit this bakery when in the Lithgow Area. The bread is excellent, the owner friendly & helpful, but the mince tarts really are next level. A very generous amount of filling, lovely & tart, with a great shortcrust pastry. I buy the tarts a dozen at a time & freeze some...they are just as good thawed at room temperature.

Even though the staff know your face, one in particular doesn't even greet you, even though you've greeted him, doesn't thank you and / or say goodbye - no basic manners - just looks at the cash on the counter and says "not enough" - so unwelcoming and unfriendly. You walk away with a nothing, unpleasant feeling. That was the last time today. There is no excuse for...
