Hungry Jack's Burgers Lithgow — Restaurant in New South Wales

Thursday, 27th Feb, approx. between 8.30-9.30pm. Ordered through drive thru and was parked (like usual), gave order & drove all the way home to find burger was missing. Went back to the drive thru window to explain what happened and the girl at the window was so incredibly rude & condescending. She had an attitude like it was my fault that they stuffed up, & she kept questioning if i was sure i didn't get the burger & didn't listen to me when i explained that i was 100% sure that the main burger in my order was missing. It wouldn't hurt to put her through re-training & educate her about customer service.

this HJ is notorious for being slow & always parking people even when there is no other cars around. Also the food is ALWAYS cold which is not great considering how expensive the place is.

The service was awful. We had a very hungry 6 year old with us.our order took 1 hour. It was not going to be made at all but we went up after 45 minutes to ask where our order was. They said the order had dropped off What ever that means We went from 12th in line- 2 next order to be made We were then waiting another 20 minutes or so. If I hadn’t have gone up we would still be waiting The manager was by no means apologetic and wasn’t even there for most of the wait. We were not the only ones! People were requesting their money back as were we. The manager said no to refunding and yet some of their orders still did not come Also no toilet paper in toilets and no serviettes in holders in restaurant I would recommend going to MacDonalds across the road.

I’m not one to leave a review on a fast food chain, I barely eat it but I was travelling through. I was so shocked at the food and the lack of quality/ customer service. I ordered the “loaded fries” and when I questioned the fact they weren’t really very “loaded” - it was less than a handful of chips and a spit of gravy. I’d already clocked that my drink wasn’t even full enough (which I didn’t mention) and when the chips arrived I asked the girl at the counter who shrugged her shoulders and walked off. The nice enough manager came over and explained that the owner is to blame as that’s what they are told to do. Too bad so sad. They really should’ve offered to add more - like the advertising rather than leave a customer who will NEVER eat there again and expressed is sick of being ripped off. Just not good enough and with the prices these days, absolutely a waste of money and time....
