As a long term customer, I have seen the standard of this restaurant slow fall. But, up until recently, it has still been worth going to. However, there has been a steep and sudden decline in the quality of the food and service. When I first began eating here, the service was quick, friendly and to the table. The food was excellent value, freshly cooked and great tasting. Today when I ate here, the service was non-existent. I had to order and pay at the counter, find my own table and my entrée and main arrived 2 min apart. The Peking duck pancakes were too small to wrap the duck meat inside, they were cold and slapped on the plate instead of in a bamboo steamer as they had always been served in. The sauce was runny as opposed to viscous. My Mongolian Beef and fried rice lacked taste, the "fried" rice was sparse on ingredients and there were few vegetables in the sauce with the meat. In days gone by the restaurant was always busy at lunchtime, so much so I would always ring ahead and book a table. Today, at 1220pm on a Sunday, there was only two other tables with diners. I was hearing crickets! You would think management would notice the drop-off in custom and up their game. If they don't, I predict they won't be in business more than 6...

We been customer for years but now they change. The lady took our order in the till was very rude. We order beef wonton noodle soup and only 3 wonton inside there. The taste is weird. ordered lemon chicken but it's seem not lemon chicken we used to order, my husband said I thought is batter chicken because they flour it like fish n chip. also the worst chili chicken I ever order not any chili at all only like tomato sauce, the taste of fried rice very dry n plain. We order fried bun dumplings n end up get like fried wonton with alot of ginger n rubbery taste in there. We also bought the bbq pork n roast pork for takeaway n again the taste really change. I think they change the owner n definitely not going there anymore. The owner before really nice n food really lovely. We saw the girl who server us shaken like scare and she seems intimidated. Poor girls hope...

What is the world happened to this place! It's USED to be amazing. Got it tonight and it was unusualy high priced. Picked up order and I was mocked as I asked to check the order if all food was there and was told they always check (last I had it was 6 months ago) I explained last time I had it they forgot two meals. Honestly the food was unedible. The honey chicken was burnt and completely dry. Fry rice was dry and the other mains we got the sauce was watered down to the point you couldn't taste what it actually was. We usually order extra to have left overs for next day but we didn't even finish our plates tonight. Will be going to the chooks for breakfast. I honestly hope the restaurant reads some of these comments on...

Went here the other day with my friend and we ordered the seafood combination chowmein(crispy noodle). Was expecting the noodles to be still crispy but i guess since they mixed the sauce in already the crispyness is out of the equation. The sauce is delectable though. We also ordered the roast duck and it never disappointed me. Although the sauce is too sweet but i guess it complimented the duck. My only concern is that the roast duck is too salty. We had the prawn dimsum as well. 1 order of rice (small) can serve 2 persons. Place is located near the woolies on the side of entrance. Tables are well kept and maintained clean.

This place is so hit and a miss but more miss unfortunately but lucky for us there are plenty of other Chinese Restaurant/takeaways on the coast. The worst experience was their fried rice. We got take away and the amount of oil on the bottom.. sickening. I'm going to bet, it was very well used, many many times oil as well. Their dumplings were like frozen and refried/steamed as well but we are on the coast...
