KFC Lakehaven Food Court — Restaurant in New South Wales

Lake haven Foodcourt KFC are useless.I ordered a crispy chicken burger combo regular size with no mayo and paid extra to get cheese. They then tell me that they don't have any chicken and would I like to swap to chicken tender burger which I agreed to which still have lettuce and cheese no mayo bring it home and low and behold no lettuce. I paid just under $13 for 2 chicken tenders slapped on bread roll with a bit of cheese, half a container of chips and a can of Pepsi. I then tried to call but surprise surprise no answer so that is why they get this...

Why is this store in the food court still not doing cash ? With Covid all over there are plenty of old people in the area that look forward to getting out for the day but get disappointed when they can’t use cash this is the second time I have had to get the old people there KFC that they look forward to you might think it’s a random act of kindness but wake up in the long run you’re losing money and respect and also kids that don’t have a key...

My Mum is 81yrs old and doesn’t own a credit card. Mum attempted to pay for her purchase with cash, only to be informed that this KFC doesn’t accept cash.

I realise with COVID-19 the preference is for customers to pay for their purchases via debit/credit cards but some people, like my 81year old Mother don’t use these cards.

Since when has cash ceased to be a legal tender for purchases of KFC...
