Red Rooster Lakehaven — Restaurant in New South Wales

Red Rooster Team, I have just been through one of your drive thru restaurants at Lake Haven on the Central Coast and after repeating myself 3 times to ensure my order is correct as I’m currently pregnant and can’t eat certain things like Mayo I then get back home to notice my entire order is wrong and they haven’t given me the drinks. I spent $46 on my lunch to get home and be extremely disappointed and I’ve tried to ring the restaurant 5 times with no answer and the mail box saying it’s full. Nearly ever time I attend this store they stuff my order up hence why I continue to repeat myself to ensure I get what I’m paying for, I enjoy the food from Red Rooster and that’s why I keep going back but today I think has broken the camels back. I asked for no mayo or lettuce on my rippa roll and I got both, I asked to add bacon to my reds burger and I asked to change my buttermilk wings for a tender and I got none of the above and not get any drinks. I could’ve gone back to the store but I travel 15-20 mins to go and get Red Rooster and as mentioned above I’ve been trying to call with no answer. I would like a full refund please, I crave your rippa rolls while being pregnant and to get home and not have what I really wanted had me so upset and angry. I will never return...

I was always a fan of red rooster, this is no longer the case.we were the only order in store or drivethru this morning. We spent 35 dollars and received 2 burgers which we couldn't even eat and they had no resemblance of the pro mo photos,cold chips and cold nuggets. So the nuggets and chips were cold,the burger buns were cold to touch and stale the bacon did not look cooked and the chicken on the burger was small. So cold ,stale burgers and cold chips and nuggets. How can you explain this when 3 staff only had to cook one meal ? I always looked forward to RR chips as they were always hot with just the right amount of salt,not the case today. It has reinforced the decision to never eat fast food Red Rooster again. Oh yes we ate in and if not for my 3 year old wanting to eat the chip and nuggets we would of left them on the table inside with the burgers.it was good however as I heard my son say chip cold ,which means he can relate to food and his senses, a positive take...

Have got Red Rooster delivered once a week at minimum for over a year. Tonight used my Rooster Dollars to pay for my meal. Got the normal text message order has been received and 5 mins later order has been cancelled due to technology difficulties. So called the store Manger was very nice but still said your points will be refunded in 2 busniess days if you want to come in store I can give you a free garlic bread. No thanks it's 7:30pm I am in my pj's and don't want to change and drive down there why I always get delivery. So as a result I can reorder and spend $30 of my money and food will be delivered but apparently there is a problem with MY internet. They managed to receive my order, and text me it was ok. They managed to work out my order was $30.49 and took my Rooster Dollars 🤔 not happy Jan. Looks like I will eat toast because I refuse to pay double for my dinner. Will be surprised if the money gets back...
