The most appalling customer service I have experienced. Then followed up by there marketing Manager Taryn. We ordered food. Paid for by my son using his card and then my card same number. His meal came out while I wait 30 minutes. Up on return to the counter. Where he spoke with the girl behind the counter who immediately told him it was his fault not here that the food didn't come out. Where he responded you have got to be f$%^ing kidding me. After having the daft service attendant continue to put fault on my son the chef gave her the wrong docket and when she began losing her cool at him. He located the docket right at the wrong end. The saga didn't end with just that but there marketing Manager sending 2 automated responses to my complaint then a rude indignant one when I questioned the automated response. To her then responding condesendingly around the whole issue. So I will now give a poor rating. Read moreBeing a local and sad to say, a returning customer of Lot 2, I have found each dish to be very inconsistent. For example, staff not willing to take feedback under advisement, serving meals to 2 out of 4 people at a table when 2 people have already finished their meal 20 minutes prior to the other 2 persons at the same table who are waiting, is just wrong. As a regular home chef who uses the slow cooker, quite a bit I can 100% say the brisket is not cooked for 12hrs, my partner and I were both missing core vegetables that come with the meal as a standard, with each of us receiving different dishes, instead of being tender and juicy it's dry and chewy. The lamb, you are not given a lamb leg but slices of lamb so beware. The pizza is not woodfired despite a woodfire oven. Most of the tables are shaky and uneven. I wish I could recommend Lot 2 I really like to support local businesses, there is so much potential with Lot 2, but unfortunately, it's a 1 star...
Read moreTop marks all round. This is my local Club and they don’t disappoint. Arrived early for Sunday dinner at Lot Two. Great seating for indoor/outdoor. Comfy chairs and tables that ‘don’t’ wobble! Staff are down to earth and efficient with clearing tables and cleaning. Food tonight was actually better than more expensive restaurants in Town. Really great servings and happy to give you containers for any leftovers (which we had). Garlic bread came out quickly and is a decent serving. My burger had the biggest pattie inside with fresh tasty salad and an amazing dressing. The Steak & Veg was cooked perfectly which we all know can be a hit or miss in some places. Great job Chef.
