So I drove 8 km from a closed kfc to avail myself some fried RR chicken
I found the Price for 2 pieces, chips and drink to be quite expensive, but figured this must be worth trying (being from Sydney we don't have RR fried chicken) After taking my order, I get told by female staff, that there is a 6 minute wait on chicken, I am the only drive thru customer
I drive to second window, and make staff member takes my cash, leaves me waiting at window, 3 minutes later, he tells me they are wiring on fresh chicken, "Park in waiting by he will bring order out to me"
I ask him to make sure chips are hot, I go and wait, 6 minutes since order taken has already passed
I allocate myself 30-45 min for dinner break
I proceed to do a few things on my phone, emails etc
** I parked with my headlights tail lights on as is twilight, so they can spot my car easily
With one eye on the clock I look back up to see it is now 17 minutes since they took my order and 12 minutes since they took my cash
With my break just about over, I start the car, and drive bCk round through the drive thru, back to the second window
As I arrive the windoe opens, and the mail staffer announces "we wouldn't forget you"
17 minutes waiting, and the only customer
The fried chicken was hot and looked to have potential, but there is SIMPLY NO TASTE OR FLAVOUR, bland, bland, bland, product tasted like a plastic bag baked in corn flakes (without the corn flavour)

After being emailed an offer on a deal that you pick up in store I placed my order pushed collection button and entered the store. When I asked for my order the two dark haired females could not locate my order then finally managed not before telling me I need to Push a button I did and firmly saying I had not . They then commented to each other loudly “ they hate online orders “why bother “ “at least push the collect button” “yeah it means they aren’t waiting longer” “it’s not that hard” “the system is just stupid” ect it went on for at least 5 minutes all the while the kitchen staff worked hard at my order. Read more1st October 2021. 12:10pm Drive Thru operator (Charnelle) yelled as I was given the order.. my fault as I didn't listen. I didn't think one car after another would be so difficult to understand or that it was my role as a customer to work through. asked for a refund but was charged again... when asked for this to be fixed but no one in store other than Chis (the owner can do this) it is now the 18th of October I have called 4 times to speak with Chris but is never in store and never calls back.
Today was finally assisted by a lovely employee from the Gosford Store who fixed the issue... bad representation by Chris of what customer service looks like,. Red Rooster HO not a good representation of your brand at all!
