Caught the Free Courteous Bus to the club last friday 5.15pm time was booked. 2 elderly parents in there 80s and 2 sons. Bus arrived at 5.45pm. Got to club, rebooked bus to go home 9.30pm. Went to wait for bus, told will be an hour late. Ended up catching a cab as my mother is on a walking frame. Thought it might have been a one off thing. Following Thursday, thought I would book earlier. So rang Thursday to book for Friday. Was told that the bus would be empty at around 5.15, so would be all good. Now lunch time Friday, just received a call from the club, saying the bus driver can't pick us up till 6.45pm. Whats the go ? Just joined this club after ditching another club because of the bordom and was loving this place. If you can't offer a reliable service, don't have it in the first place. Read moreMy wife and I had dinner on Saturday night 21/10/23. 1 had surf & turf my wife had schnitzel veg & mash. Let's start with surf & turf, my steak was the worst I have ever tasted all I could taste was water & grissel all through it. This tells me they microwaved it from frozen. I couldn't even taste the meat which really shocked me. For the sauce, a child could have done better. Disgusting came out in a little plastic container. Chef if that's who you call yourself was that lazy that you couldn't put the sauce on the plate . Prawns half all right. My wife's schnitzel, completely dry potato was discoloured which tells me they were old.not much chop for this dish. Overall the floor staff were very nice. My suggestion is Get rid of chef or what I call a cook. The cook ruined our...

It was a huge meal, to be honest the crumbed fish didn’t have much fish in it but this was made up by plenty of prawns, scollops and mussels. The table staff were friendly and seemed Interested in what they were doing and kept the tables clean. A view to the waterways gave an ambience suitable to the area. I met and spoke with a very nice lady at the reception, Sylvia which was interesting. Sorry I had to...
