Firstly - The "contact us" pesters and demands far more info than is required to assist me. Attempting to secure marketing info while a customer is attempting to make a complaint is extremely poor customer relations. The site does everything possible to stop customers being able to submit complaints. Secondly, Avocado is not a spread akin to margarine. I paid for avocado, the least they could do is provide an amount that can be located on inspection of the 5-inch sub (not 6). Thirdly, your "sandwich artists' must have had Picasso for inspiration. For me (an actual visual artist as opposed to a sandwich hand - which is the correct term), it looked more like kindergarten art on my sub. Read moreCan't believe someone could mess up an order so badly, first thing is that my food came bone cold (I believe that is mostly the delivery person's fault.) The second thing I noticed is that my order was missing the ham, cheese, and tomato jaffle. Lastly my subs were not made correctly, I ordered a veggie delight with extra avocado, and a tuna and mayo sub with avocado. Both subs came without avocado, only had a single slice of tomato, only had about 5 olives on each sub, one was absolutely drenched in sauce, they both had next to no lettuce, and the tuna sub did not have tuna on it. Walked in a young brown skinned girl had airpods in (both work health safety hazard along with a hygiene issue) She was consistently rolling her eyes, I asked for her to put extra garlic aioli on my quesadilla she rolled her eyes. She came out wearing gloves, severed myself and family with those same gloves, touched the till did not change gloves. Came in around 4.30pm Sunday 6th. No cookies.
