Thai Finesse — Restaurant in New South Wales

I ordered via Menulog and this restaurant Supplies it’s own driver. I paid for the order To be delivered to an unwell elderly friend only to have the restaurant state it was delivered when it was not. Surely this Thai restaurant whom I have ordered from before can’t be that bad off they don’t refund an order not consumed. You have lost my business. I will Go to the other Thai in tuggerah Westfield. I contacted menu log and they tell me:

Absolutely terrible. Ordered through menu log, they made out like it was delivered when it wasn’t. Don’t answer the phone, after we contacted menu log we were advised it would be another 40mins. 50 mins later still no food, still don’t answer. Menu log advised that the restaurant self delivers so the restaurant deliberately lied by saying it was delivered, then lied again by saying it was coming later. Even menu log are unable to contact...
