KFC Coffs Harbour South — Restaurant in North Boambee Valley

Entering the store you couldn't not notice the food all over the ground, half the tables packed up for no obvious reason and the store itself looking overall substandard. The toilets were also unclean. Unfortunately for us we had 4 hungry children and after a 5 hour drive (and another 5 to go) we decided to stay and eat anyway. The two booth tables were taken one by customers and the other by a lone employee on their break. This meant all that was available were 2 seater tables or the "bar style" seating (which is far from usable with a 1 & 3 year old). The worker seemed to ignore us trying to find a way to make the 3 two seater tables work for 6 of us instead of offering up the table she was sitting at (not even eating). During our wait for our food we decided to eat outside where there was a large enough table, but we had to clean our own table and deal with the wind. The burgers and chicken were okay (however one was incorrect) but I've never, ever seen so much salt on chips in my life! At least 2 female employees (including the one their break, she returned to work while we were eating) had their hair out posing a contamination risk. The kitchen area also looked quite dirty. Whoever manages this KFC definitely needs to rethink the way in which they run it. 100% would not recommend...

Fantastic if you love raw chips most of the chips are not cooked time to time being taken out to early to keep up with demand spoke to the manger repeatedly he agreed and even said that’s not good enough changed the cooking temp once then went back to the old way unfortunately I won’t be returning this was on multiple occasions

Dirty Store & carpark.

the oil is bad just depends how lucky you are (6/10 I’ve had yellow brown oil and the next day I’m in the toilet all day)

Overall just a terrible store until management makes some changes just stay away the drive thu is no better so go north to the park beach KFC if you don’t want to have a issue with your KFC this store is terrible there lucky to get the order right I’ve had good food from here but that was a long time ago...

Ordered a burger, wrap and 2 chips at 6:08pm. 1st person in queue for in store order. Looked for a table, all tables were dirty with food all over them so I picked up a nearby cleaning spray and wipe and cleaned our own table (yes you can check cameras and see).

Food was called out at 6:25pm, wrap was barely wrapped, missing hash brown and needed to be redone (3 minutes later and perfectly wrapped).

Took a bite from my burger to see a black hair about 1 inch long.

At about 6:35pm, our order was called again, when we did not order again. I noticed that there was someone else whose order was also doubled up beforehand.

Very poor time management, store seemed to not be cleaned for hours, missing ingredients and double up of orders is wasting both time and money, for customers and business.

I just wanted to sit in and eat for once and can guarantee I'll never do...
