Master Kebabs North Boambee Valley — Restaurant in North Boambee Valley

I arrived at Master Kebabs on 29/12/2022 at 2.30pm & went to order Pide but was told "Sorry but we don't make this until after 5pm." I explained that I was on my way to see family & wanted to bring Pide to them so I researched & found this business. The staff told me that they used to have Pide on offer all the time but the new managers decided not to offer it before 5pm. One staff member followed me out to the carpark & offered to take an order & have me come back & pick it up after 5pm, I explained I was on my way to see family who were just over an hour away & was not going to drive back just to pick up dinner. Whilst the location is convenient for people travelling through Coffs Harbour via car, it's frustrating that their menu offers Pide but nowhere online do they advise that they don't make Pide until after 5pm each day. I didn't order any food as Pide was what we wanted to bring to our family who live in an area where the nearest place to get Pide from is over 100km away, & sadly it's this business that was the only one I could find who...

Sorry won't be visiting again. Kebab had hardly any lamb in it and prices are super expensive. $5.00 for a 600ml coke or $9.00 for coke and chips on side? That's $23 for kebab, small chips and coke? Service is non existent as you just get pointed to a table to fill out your order and no this is not because or COVID it's just so they don't have to stop cooking and take your order. Two other customers before me just standing there followed my lead after l spoke up. Lady came in and stood there for 2 mins confused and then just left. No hello greetings or hello I'll be right with you. No eye contact, smile or even acknowledgement...

Ripoff merchants! I thought I was in an airport when she told me the total of my meal. $16 is just for the bare basics (never paid more than $15 with extras). $2 extra for cheese, and $1 extra just because I wanted 2 different types of sauces (still the same total amount of sauce guys!). Then a 2% eftpos charge! Who the f charges 2% for eftpos these days??? Paid $20.40 for a chicken kebab with cheese, jalapenos, and 2 different sauces.

For some reason these guys looked at the standard prices for kebabs at other places and decided they want to charge 25% more for the same...
