Taste of Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in New South Wales

Placed a takeaway order by phone for 3 meals at 6:20pm and got told 25 minutes. I got there after 20 minutes and the girl behind the counter made me pay and said your order is nearly ready. After 30 minutes I enquired about the order and was told it's coming. 35 minutes pass and I again ask where is my order? Confusion sets in, she looks at all the order dockets they have and guess what, mine hasn't even been started yet. By now it's 40 minutes so I ask for a refund and miraculously my meal is ready. 45 minutes after being told 25 minutes. I don't care if it's going to be 45 minutes, tell me that when I ring up. Don't tell me 25 minutes when you know full well it won't be. You will lose way more customers for bad service and not telling the truth than you will if your orders take longer to cook. So in future, if it's going to be 45 minutes, tell me 45 minutes,...

I ordered pickup on a Tuesday night and the food was ready in 30 minutes. Wow! Three dishes and all were fresh. And the taste? Just wow! Hands down the best Thai I have had in a long time and in my opinion, the best Asian food in the area. Let me just say, that finally having a Thai restaurant that sells fresh, tasty and authentic cuisine this side of Albion Park is awesome. We will be back. To all the 1 star reviewers complaining about delivery times, they've not long been opened and you can not argue with the quality. Pick up may be a better option for you...

Just tried for the first time, we got a mixture of dishes and all were really good. We have lived in Albion Park for 32 years and this is the best Thai we have had locally to Albion Park. The fact that most people are complaining about wait times maybe get out of your house and pick it up, we were eating within 30 minutes of ordering.
