Amazing place! We’ve been here for a week on holidays and our host recommended the place (only a few hundred metre walk which was perfect).

The staff, are amazing! The girls made our 2 year old feel like a celebrity, and had remembered her by name the following day. Every morning we would wake up she would run to the door and shout ā€˜cafe, cafe, cafe’ because she wanted to go back.

The atmosphere and love in the place was amazing to say the least.

As for the coffee and food, we’ll it’s a good 9.99/10, which I’ll gladly round up to 10! We came here for breakfast and coffee 5/5 mornings we were here, and even came back a few times in the afternoon for a coffee and bakery.

This is now our official road trip cafe on our way to Queensland, or our cafe any time we stay in the...

I absolutely LOVE the black apple. For starters, the food is amazing and so deliciously unique, I love seeing some of the specials that are whipped up and the flavours that are incorporated are always on point. Secondly, the service is amazing. I’ve been coming here for a while for coffee and the occasional brunch with my partner or gal pals and I have never felt judged or unwelcome but instead met with a friendly nature. Lastly, the whole decorum and ambience of The Black Apple is my favourite. It’s giving warm autumn vibes, so cosy and a lovely place to meet with friends. It’s in such a convenient location as well. I highly recommend The...

I thought I had already written a review here but realised I hadn't and I definitely needed too. This cafe is amazing. The food is incredible, the staff are always friendly and it's great for bigger groups (we've stopped here a few times now with the work team (6+) and it has never been an issue and food is always fresh and fast!)

Love stopping in on the way up or down the coast and also love that they support local producers.

Image is of their recent breakfast special and it was delicious

Be back again when we are in the neighbourhood

(Also, the bathrooms in the centre are massive and clean and...

Officially my new go to. Such a chill vibe, with down to earth staff to match, which is a nice change compared to a lot of places. Haven't dined here yet but the coffee has always been excellent. Incidentally; I almost always have sugar in my coffee whether barista brewed or home made (sweet tooth, guilty as charged.) No idea what made me say no to sugar today but this coffee is so good without it (even with an extra shot) that I may never need sugar in my coffee again. That alone is enough to make this my only coffee spot. Looking forward to seeing staff on my next visit. Bravo.

I can’t believe my partner just paid six dollars for a croissant that I could’ve bought at Coles. It was disgusting soft and soggy and small so not impressed…. I don’t mind paying six dollars for a croissant with no filling as long as it is crisp and crunchy and a decent size… Hideous
