I’ve got to agree with the others here, a worthwhile visit for a coffee, food or a sneaky beer. People were very happily tucking into their brunches by the time I got here during my dog walk. Inside is a step back in time through the first room which is well presented with a walk through to the main seating area. You can also go along the side of the cafe straight into the seating area as well. The lady managing the place was lovely, very friendly. I had a cappuccino with bacon and eggs. Beautiful coffee, strong, rich, smooth, nice! The bacon and eggs were also great with a generous serving and 2 toast. I was very happy with my visit and lovely to eat on the front porch looking out over the amazing sight of Silverton. Also interesting to have ruins next door!

What a welcome surprise to find this great little cafe just when we needed our morning coffee hit . Of course we had to have a delicious piece of cheesecake with cream and berries to go with it . Cosy unpretentious cafe and menu has great home cooked food and wonderful friendly owners .

We had the beef & red wine pie and vegetarian lasagne (off the specials menu). Both were absolutely delicious and beautiful presented. Just blown away by the quality of the food - particularly considering how remote the café is. Heartily recommended!

Over cooked cutlets, brown to dark brown crumbs and meat over cooked Took an hour to get our mains, only to be offered our dessert 10 minutes before the main meal came out. We weren't the only customers that were unhappy with the service. Salad was nice. We ended getting our dessert to take away as we had waited so long, got our money back for it, after two mouthfuls gave it to the dogs when we got home We were looking forward to adding this eatery on our regular place to eat, however, we will never go back. Place was nice and...

Oh my goodness! You have to go here. It's next to the Mad Max Museum. Quaint, warm, nostalgic, pleasant country music playing, delicious home cooked food. I enjoyed the lamb shanks, mash and veges. Hosts, Marie and Adam, couldn't be more kind or accommodating and welcoming! Marie went out of her way to make me a gf apple crumble which was delicious. My hubby had the breakie burger and gave it a 9/10. He finished off with a very generous serving of the apple crumble and...
