You walk into a place called The 3 Sicilians and you hope the pizza is good. You want it to be good. Because if you’re calling yourself that, you’re making a promise—one sealed in dough, heat, and memory.
And man, they deliver.
There’s real affection in those bases. Not the usual cardboard crap passed off as pizza at too many joints. This is the kind of dough that’s been talked to, loved, maybe even sung to in the early hours before service. It’s perfectly kneaded, pillowy in the middle, with just enough crunch to remind you someone’s paying attention back there.
They top it with prosciutto that actually tastes like it came from an animal that lived a life. Mushrooms, rocket, and just when you think you’ve got it figured out—boom—a drizzle of truffle-infused honey. Yeah, you read that right. Sweet, earthy, salty, funky… it messes with your head in the best possible way.
And the rocket salad? Pear and gorgonzola—a combination older than your Nonna, and just as wise. Sharp, sweet, bitter, creamy—Italy on a plate without the 24-hour flight or airport wine prices.
This isn’t just food. This is a reminder that good things still exist in the world. In Stockton, no less. So if you’re anywhere within striking distance, go. Order the pizza. Eat the salad. Raise a glass of something dry and Italian. And thank the universe that three Sicilians decided to set up shop here.
Because this? This is...

3 Sicilians is located within Stockton RSL, it has relocated contrary to Google Map from Mayfield. The entrance to the club is quite lacklustre as is the main bar area. As you gaze at what at first appears like bright lights to a moth you transcend into a dim lit space, lights luring you to the restaurant. I'm not sure if it worked for me, its demure, unassuming an attempt, smoke and mirrors manipulating the ambience?? The service was efficient and friendly. In our group 2 persons entrees were served at the same time as 2 guests mains. Then a wait for the rest of the mains which meant the entree persons had to eat up quickly. It was a bit odd. The varied meals looked decent sized portions and on par with the current costs of dining. I personally had the entree Bruschetta Pizza which was served as sliced tomato with a dollop of whipped ricotta the pizza base was great. It didn't taste like traditional Bruschetta but was flavoursome. My main was Spaghetti Pescatore, the flavour was overpowered by sea flavour from the prawn head and I presume seafood stock and the mussels were the size of a 5 cent piece. It was underwhelming. Overall the guests were happy. I'd like to try more from the menu before I rule it off my go to...
Read moreA was here for lunch as a party of four today. Note: This venue is the bistro of an RSL. At 1pm the bistro was full and patrons were being pushed to sit in other parts of the club. Reservations are recommended. The wife and I shared the entree Bruschetta pizza which came out as a full size dinner plate (pictured $16) and the Gnocchi Gorgonzola (pictured $32). The Gnocchi was a blend of rich blue creamy cheese sauce with hand made pieces. I think it would’ve been better served with something to offset the strong cheesy texture and flavour, but if you’re looking for something with a strong cheesy punch, look no further. The Bruschetta was different to your average Bruschetta, the dough was like a light focaccia, served with basil leaves on top of whipped and piped ricotta with cold sliced tomatoes. It was a good twist on a bruschetta however a dash of balsamic vinegar would’ve put this thing over the top. Nicole ordered a Calzone pizza (pictured, $23) which looked a lot like a Turkish Pide however it contained a filling in the dough of multiple cheeses and sausage. Having eaten in Stockton several times in the past year, this place rates as the best in the suburb for food and it’s not even close between them and their competitors. Service was a tad slow, but it was full and busy. Beer...
