Bostin Brew Co — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

To the owner of Bostin Brew Co Merewether Im a regular and customer and been experiencing a very bad customer service today. I often drive through and order a few coffee in the morning at your place. This morning after order 4 coffees and waiting at the front line(inner line of the drive way), the lady staff come over and tell me to move my car to the waiting parking slot on the side to wait for my coffee , I said I just order coffee and my turn is next , I have to drop off the kid at school too so is my coffee suppose to come next right and ask her if my coffees will take long to come ? (Well it supposed to come next as all of the customer cars order before me have left. ) She walk away… Then I m still waiting and see 2 car on other lane came after me drive pass with their coffee order ???? Moment after different girl bring my coffee out and tell me, next time if they ask me to park my car at the waiting space and wait for my coffee then I have to do it so people behind can move forward , because I order 4 coffees ????? And people who place their order with 1 coffee can get their coffee first and go ??? I’m start to get confused and ask her why ? I need the explanation…supposed to be first in first serve??? She just say “I don’t want to argue with you” and walk away with full attitude. Wow…am I supposed to be a person who get upset not you right !!! Understand if I order foods and I have to wait aside for my food to let people behind who other coffee drive pass but as I only order coffee then my coffee order was place before people come after me so why do you make their single order first and make me wait ???? That not how you do business. And please don’t raise your voice and walk away from your customer, I’m coming to pay and wait long for my coffee, I’m not going there begging you for coffee. To the owner , my family love the coffee from you that why we keep coming back and we started with 2 , now 4 coffee for the whole family. Very pleased we visited & walked the short distance to get our breakfast here as we passed through Mereweather. Do not be put off by the busy road location of this place, it is worth it for the food inside. It was a quiet morning & we were mostly the only customers with a few coming in for take-out coffee, however, this really didn't put us off too much! When the food came out it looked delicious & definitely tasted that way. All I would say is that I would have liked the toast pre-buttered as it was difficult to then butter the one slice which had the toppings on top as opposed to the other slice… fussy maybe yes, but I did find it tricky so this would make the process easier adding a (buttered) option first. I'm not one to post reviews but after the experience me and my partner had here I felt it was needed. As soon as we got there we were greeted by a very nice lady. We sat at our table and were immediately welcomed with our menus. We ordered a coffee each which was out promptly and tasted amazing, we even bought some beans to use at home it was just that good. We had a very nice lunch, I had the Chilli Scrambled Eggs which was absolutely amazing and like nothing I've ever had before.
