Domino's Pizza East Maitland — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

Ordered two pizzas, the chicken and ranch was completely missing spring onion and the Godfather toppings were about an inch and a half from the crust. Despite the missing toppings they said there was nothing they can do unless we drove back over to give them the pizzas (despite us already driving 20 mins over to pick them up and driving 20 mins home). The manager Rosie said the policy was that they have to have the pizzas returned intact and uneaten and they will only provide a credit if they are deemed inedible, and she expected us to do another 40 minute round trip to return the pizzas at 9pm at night, even though they weren't as advertised. When questioned about this policy she said she was unable to provide that information. Extremely poor customer serivce as we had the photos (as below) to provide. Absolutely pathetic. Haven't ordered Dominos in years but decided we would give it a try. Paid for 2 large pizzas and garlic bread thinking this would be ample to feed 3 kids and 2 adults, as it is always more than enough at every other pizza joint we've ever ordered from. Food arrived cold and also pizzas were HALF the size of a large pizza at Pizza Hut. One slice wasn't even half the size of my hand. I figured they had made a mistake and called to check as they were only slightly larger than a kids' single serve pizza. Girl on phone had no idea and couldn't even recall pizza sizes, sha had to check and call me back. When she did they insisted they were in fact large. No apology, no offer to make amends in any way. Zero care factor. Currently making sandwiches for the kids (who aren't big eaters) as they were still hungry and this didn't even come close. Lesson learnt....

My Vegorama pizza was disgraceful - absolute waste of money! Very little topping - in fact I counted 5 'wafer thin' shards of mushroom on the whole pizza....that would equate to half a mushroom! There were slices with nothing but a strand of onion and leaf of spinach. Crust was soooo dry and very hard to eat. Had to throw away half of the pizza as it was inedible - and I was planning on having a couple of slices for work lunch the next day - no chance! After opening the box and viewing my pizza in store, I double-checked that this was my Vegorama pizza and the attendant said "yes".
