East Maitland Skate Park — Attraction in Newcastle-Maitland

I agree that they could have utilized the ample space to expand the street course. That said, there is a lot of potential for creative skateboarding here. Plenty of ledge and rail obstacles to keep me happily grinding.

I particularly like the open spacing, too many other parks...

This park is brilliant for beginners but gets very busy after 9am. I have found the ramps rails and gaps perfect for teaching my son to walk and climb but don't recommend...

No toilets. Had to drive to greenhills shopping centre...
