McDonald's Edgeworth — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

I saw the Manager making burgers with gloves on and then get his mobile phone out and start messaging with his gloves still on. Phone harbour so much bacteria and he should not be handling his phone with the gloves on and then the food again, between 11.15am - 11.40am

It was 11am and the room was absolutely putrid so we couldn't sit in that area. It looked like chunks of dirt or chocolate cake on the table, drip of syrup on the floor and crumbs everywhere. I did see a mcdonald's receipt and out of curiosity I looked at the time because I wanted to see how long ago this mess had been there and to my shock the receipt said 12.33pm 9/6/24 which was Yesterday!! So from 12.33pm midday the day before until 11.30am this morning no staff had swept mopped or wiped down the tables. That's absolutely disgusting. Isn't there a cleaning schedule?

It wasn't until elderly customers had to ask for them to clean the tables and floors so they could sit then a staff wiped it but not very well because at 11.40am this morning 10th June you will see on surveillance that 2 elderly women had to go with napkins to wipe down the tables and chairs and you will see that on your cameras.

But this is terrible that for almost 12 hours the staff at mcdonald's Edgeworth left food crumbs and mess which encourages mice and cockroaches and the customers couldn't even sit down.

I've included my receipt from this morning I was there at 11am 10th June and that nasty little receipt had been under that table for 24 hours as it said 12.33pm 9th June which was Yesterday so within that time frame no one had swept mopped or wiped down the tables.

Words cannot describe, the amount of gradatue I have for the staff tonight. I walked in around 2 am this morning, inconsolable after half of my house was destroyed from an electrical fire, and my mum taken to hospital. I had nowhere to go and my phone was about to die. After going to 2 separate maccas trying to find a powerpoint to charge my phone, I walked into Edgeworth, got a drink and asked if they had a power point I could access, without having to go into details of my horrific night, the young man on duty allowed me to charge my phone in the party room. After being in there for a little while, the same young man came in with a bag of left over chips from when they cleaned the fryer. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am, to the amazing staff tonight, and how much they took care of a complete stranger.

I really commend this young man, and I wish him the brightest and most fulfilled...

Went in to the store to get breakfast I ordered using the machine there but needed to pay at counter as had cash , I waited over 20 min before I had to pull a worker up to ask about my order and I had to pay still, there was no one attending front counter and the manager had asked for someone to attend the counter as there was a line starting to form, I had others order on the machines after me and got there food and I was still waiting there not one of the workers asked if they could help me and when I did get a worker she blamed me for supposed standing in the wrong area I was standing right in front of the counter and she had seen me heaps of time, the rudeness and bad organisation from this store is unacceptable I don’t care if your short staff or not you need to be able to cover all areas of the store and do not ignore patrons and not talk back rudely to...
