NB: Don't turn up close to close expecting fried chicken. I've been disappointed a few times even when ordering a 9:03pm.
I'm still disappointed about the chicken and gravy rolls, but if you turn up after 9pm, often a lot of the menu is out.
I got really disgruntled that RR stopped selling chicken and gravy rolls, since they were the superior example available in my area.
A few times they gave me the deconstructed version of a chicken roll and gravy container (thanks guys at the time for making it happen).
But obviously orders were given and it's not on the menu really so I sort of stopped going.
Then I randomly stopped by the other day and ordered a 'boxed' meal and some extra 'fried chicken' but was talked out of it since 10-15 min wait which was okay with me but I figured they were just about to close so I settled for my boxed meal only at like 8:25pm after waiting a good 10-15mins for it.
No dramas.
I re-park and smash my food.
The fried chicken is amazing, some of the best I've eaten from a franchise / chain ever.
I REALLLY want those 3 extra pieces I've ordered but the drive thru is still busy and I'd now actually be 'that guy' I was trying to avoid earlier thinking I was ordering too much juust before closing when it wasn't and I was talked out of it.
I went back a few days later to confirm the fried chicken is infact as good as I remembered.
After crushing 4 pieces in a row... it was.
Their fried chicken is / was better than KFC / Henny Penny...

Secondly she couldn't get the order correct, when placing order, then when order was bought out, NOT OUR ORDER, so back inside we go to correct it. Then with a huff, she asks our order again, then brings out OUR order, to then snap at the lady who was asking if she could take her order which was originally given to us, "LET ME DOUBLE CHECK FIRST", lady responds with, "you should have done that before handing it out!". And lastly to get home and see not all of our order was packed anyways! Hence, if I could give a ZERO for all topics I would have! I don't understand how this particular store is still open, food not cooked properly, missing food, and customer service needs a complete overhaul! Never coming back and would recommend no one else...

I asked the order taker if they can override it as this was clearly a current new promotion only to be told that they won't be honouring the promotion and there was nothing he could or would do. I actually went out of my way to visit this Fast food restaurant as an affordable dinner option, I won't be making that mistake ever again! Head office needs to inform staff of advertised promotions and staff need to escalate a problem to a supervisor or manager and not tell customers that there is nothing they can do when clearly they were...
