Me and my family have been in a few times each time we have been in there has only been a small hand full of tables to serve and to fill there orders each time it has taken a fair while the service is slow & staff stand around. Managers stand around playing on their phones when they could be prompting their staff to clear and clean tables and fined other tasks to do also greeting there costumer’s at the door making sure everyone is having a great experience, workers should be walking around every few minutes asking/seeing if customers have anything they would like to be cleared away. When customer’s leave workers should be saying thank you guys have a lovely day. Instead of the customer’s having to say it first to them
With the drinks and plating up, Need to lay off using so much chocolate so people can enjoy them and not feel physically sick an can handle them without getting covered in chocolate, presentation takes a bit, workers are a bit slow even with just two orders coffee and teas should be warm not at room temp, Staff should be washing there hands more and regularly changing there gloves after touching different things. Food from the kitchen should always come out hot and fresh. Chips have come out at room temp which tells me they have been sitting under a heat lamp for some period of time, they should always come out fresh from the fryers, burgers shouldn’t have to much sauce on them just the right amount. Management should be training there staff member better instead of playing on there phones while there are 5 others workers standing around them talking and only leave one person to do all the drinks should be prompting team work setting the standards in what they should and should not be doing, Management should also be talking to there staff out the back if there is a disrespectful problem not on the floor where everyone can hear or see that should be spoken about in the office the dish sink also should not be so close to the...
Read moreFood was good and reasonably priced. Meals came out at random times so some were waiting for longer than others but that happens with hot food vs cold. Would likely have given 4 stars if it was for food only.
However, the hospitality industry is also heavily effected by the customer service you receive. Unfortunately, the attitude of the guy behind the counter truly spoiled the experience for us. I am guessing he is a manager or something by the way he talked down to all the girls on service (who were great) and unlikely to be the owner has he didn't really seem to give a toss about how he/the business was perceived. I approached the counter to place my order for my family, which ultimately was over $80, and he cut me off mid sentence a few times. Later there was a minor issue with our order that required a pretty easy fix but he responded with the attitude of an angry teenager who has just been told no. Instead of immediately rectifying the issue, he preffered to dispute that there was an issue at all. Eventually he agreed there was an error and then snatched the plate away without a word and sent someone else back with the fixed plate only 30 seconds later to avoid any responsibility himself.

I’m a little taken back by the staff members dress attire, wearing a sports brand label or whatever feels right or comfortable at the time needs to be looked at, a uniform would be more professional looking and tidy because it’s such a popular place and it’s in the heart of a main shopping area
What draws more customers is cleanliness presentation and obviously service, once those 3 elements are taken care of it looks more inviting from a customer’s angle and homely
Once we sat down, we noticed the splatter of food on the walls floors and seats, it was such a turnoff to say the least but it wasn’t going to ruin our breakfast, the food is absolutely TOP 👍 apart from that here’s a suggestion and that’s having an area close to the entrance alongside the wall roped off rather then customers standing in the way of the general public , it becomes a shambles when it’s busy and customers waiting for their takeaways you don’t know who or where your supposed to stand
