I recently visited Nimbin and stumbled upon the best food place in town. My friend and I decided to try out their gourmet woodfired pizzas, and we were blown away by the extensive menu options, including delicious vegan choices. It took us quite a while to make our decision because everything sounded so tempting.
One standout dish we tried was the briscetta classica. The combination of fresh ingredients and perfectly toasted bread made it a memorable appetizer. The owner recommended a red wine to pair with our meal, and it was incredibly smooth and complemented the flavours of the pizzas perfectly.
To top off our dining experience, we indulged in their Woodfired apple crumble. The warm, crispy crumble paired with the sweet apple filling was a delightful way to end our meal.
What truly made our visit exceptional was the friendly and welcoming staff, including the owner. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. Their passion for food and dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout our entire visit.

I'm not sure what happened today, but my normally fantastic Proscuito e rucolo wasn't. The dough was thick and undercooked. There was a heap of cheese, which it normally doesn't have and the prosciutto, that normally gets added after the base and some base cheese is cooked, had been added at the same time but it was thick and very much fresh, not dried like the normal prosciutto that is normally added. It was chewy and not really pleasant. Most disappointing was the undercooked, thickish base. The bases of the Marinara pizza and the Funghi pizza were much better, but there was an usually large amount of cheese on the Funghi. The service was fast and friendly as normal. The pumpkin was soo good! My husband loved the meat lovers pizza. Their home made pasta was perfect! Made so well and cooked to perfection. Pasta wasn't over/under cooked and had a bite to it. The sauce could not be faulted as well, it wasn't too creamy and didn't need extra seasoning. The mushrooms and bacon were tasty and all ingredients were high quality and fresh and complimented the dish. Back in Sydney this dish is over-done and it was really refreshing to have a really well balanced boscaiola pasta. I also had a green machine smoothie with almond milk for lunch and it was yummy and powered me through the evening.
