Appalling. My partner, daughter and I visited on 29/11/20 and ordered three mango smoothies, one with oat milk and two with dairy. All with ice cream. Waited about 15 minutes (shop wasn't busy) and waitress came out with two smoothies. We asked which one was oat milk and which was dairy. She didn't know. Neither of them had ice cream in them. She took them back and added ice cream. When she returned them, we asked where the 3rd smoothie was. She said she didn't know anything about a 3rd smoothie and as my partner was in the middle of telling her what it was, she just walked off. We then waited another 15 minutes or so for #3 to appear. All 3 smoothies tasted like water with barely a hint of mango. All 3 smoothies were served in plastic non-recyclable containers, even though we were dining in. The amount of plastic waste they produce must be phenomenal, which is in complete contrast to the vibe at Nimbin. Give this place a wide berth. We're locals and there are far...

While waiting in line yesterday, the man being served asked what was in a couple of the cabinet sweets, to which this absolute joke behind the counter said "I didn't make them, I don't know"
The attitude he showed while doing something as simple as handing back change or handing someone a take-away coffee was bloody embarrassing.
He then continued to huff and pout. Imagine being a fully grown man and acting in such a juvenile manner, in NIMBIN of all places.
Imagine a customer that may have dietary restrictions asking what's in an item that is being sold, and you reply "I didn't make them, I don't know"
Literally would've taken 5 seconds to ask someone and find out, which is exactly what the lovely woman who served me ended up doing.
Honestly, mate, you should be ashamed...
Read moreMy partner and I enjoyed a nice little breakfast here. We both had the eggs benedict with bacon, and it was really good. The staff were really friendly and it's a nice little Cafe would definitely go again and I highly recommend it. I'm only giving it 4 stars as it did take a little long to get our meals and you only get butter knives to cut your food and it was incredible awkward and difficult to try and cut with them as they are really blunt and could barely cut through the bread. I'm not sure if they have sharper knives, but if you're there, definitely ask for sharp knives to cut, and if they don't have any, then I hope they are seeing this so they can acquire some. Otherwise, it's a...
