I came to this location expecting the familiar comfort of a quick, reliable meal, but what I received was nothing short of a culinary revelation. This isn't fast food; it's swift dining, and it sets an impossible standard for every other quick-service restaurant on the planet.
Ambiance and Atmosphere
From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a maître d’ who politely guided me to a plush, leather-upholstered booth. The lighting was soft, the background music was classical, and the air smelled faintly of fresh-cut French fries and high-quality cleaning products. The play area, I am told, is now a carefully curated children’s library and quiet study lounge. The dining room was immaculate; every table was bussed instantly, and the stainless steel counters gleamed under the warm track lighting. It felt less like a restaurant and more like an exclusive airport lounge where everyone happens to be eating Quarter Pounders.
The Meal: Precision and Perfection
The food presentation was artful. My Big Mac arrived on a small, warmed slate tile. The secret sauce was applied with geometric precision, and the lettuce was crisp—not just fresh, but vibrant. The patty was seasoned to perfection, tasting char-grilled rather than steamed. And the fries? They were the zenith of potato preparation. Every single fry was golden, perfectly crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and salted with such consistency that you’d swear they were individually inspected by a dedicated Fry Sommelier. My McCafé Latte tasted as though it was pulled by a world-class barista, featuring a delicate foam pattern I almost regretted drinking.
Service
The service was the final, crowning glory. My order was taken not just quickly, but predictively. Before I could finish ordering my McFlurry, the cashier, who introduced himself as Marcus, nodded knowingly and said, "Oreo, extra caramel swirl, correct?" The food delivery was instantaneous, and Marcus circled back halfway through my meal, not to rush me, but to ask if my Big Mac was "architecturally sound." This is attentive, personalized dining hidden behind the golden arches.
Final Verdict
If you can find this specific McDonald's (location withheld to protect its exclusivity), cancel all dinner plans and go immediately. This location transforms a classic guilty pleasure into a genuine dining pleasure. It proves that with the right level of care, attention to detail, and a commitment to elevated presentation, even the simplest food can achieve a five-star...

Visited last night which was a Saturday at @7:30pm. Definitely not busy in store. Our dine-in order took ages to arrive (over 20 min) and when it did, it was our 3 orders all thrown in a bag and the young lady just plonked it on the table and walked off. Fries were half cold and definitely not fresh. Uber drivers obviously have priority as they were getting all the orders smashed out over anyone else. One gentleman told me he had also been waiting 15 minutes for his order!
Onto dessert and we ordered 2 sundaes and 1 soft serve. There was no one else in store at this stage other than Uber drivers. I stood there waiting...and waiting... watching Uber order after Uber order being dispatched in a very timely manner. After 11 long minutes, I was asked if I was the person waiting on the ice creams to which I replied, "yes- 11 minutes so far". "I'll get right onto it" was the response. Someone passed me a very sad looking, melted soft serve which I promptly handed back and told them to have another go.
One young guy said he was sorry but that they were very busy with drive thru. Righto- but not my problem. I said that as a paying customer IN store, I expect the same attention as any other customer and that the Uber orders seem to be going out very promptly IN store and that (now) 12 minutes for 3 ice creams wasn't acceptable. His response was to apologise with the excuse that they had "lots of trainees on tonight". Again, not my problem. Management needs to do better. Much better. Appalling service and poor quality. Props to the young guy doing his best with all those trainees and offering me a McFlurry voucher.
My tip is- don't put all the trainees in on Saturday night when the drive thru is busy and you cannot provide the same service to customers in store. (Unless you are an Uber driver!)🤷♀️ Tip#2- Maybe drive to Wanneroo Rd where the fries...

I had planned to write a review for about two weeks. While on a long drive with my child, his milk bottle became empty, causing him to become restless. I conveniently parked at the BP service station, believing that the transaction would be quick as there were few customers at the time. Upon checking, I discovered that they did not have cartons or bottles of milk. Therefore, I politely approached a staff member and inquired if it would be possible to purchase a small amount of milk for my child's bottle, offering to pay the price of a coffee in exchange. My sole intention was to obtain a single cup of milk to pacify my son for the remaining journey. Regrettably, the staff member declined my request and engaged in an argument. I calmly explained that if there was a policy prohibiting such a request, I would be happy to speak with the manager. However, she reiterated her inability to provide me with milk. Feeling rather taken aback by this response, I inquired if she had any milk available in the barista corner. She confirmed that she did but maintained that she could not provide me with even a single cup of milk. At that point, I decided to abandon my pursuit and proceeded to the nearby McDonald's restaurant. I was so drained and emotional at the moment . I went to the counter, and the staff member asked me what he could help me with.
All I had to say was, "Can I please have a cup of milk for my son ?". He just said full cream. He got me in no time. I have to pay in cents . 🌟
A big thankyou to...
