I've never given a review in my life, but I feel I must write this as a WARNING. If I could give 0 stars I would. Lets review the facts... I call up and I'm asked to call back in 10 minutes. I do - even wait 20, to be polite. What then follows is an eight-minute ordeal of attempting to order two pizzas with someone who repeatedly gets the details wrong. I am then told to 'hurry up' when logging into my bank account to find my card details. Skip ahead a few hours, I arrive to the store 20 minutes after my designated pick up time...my pizzas aren't ready...they can't even find my order. I am told to wait 10 minutes. I wait 30 minutes. Now in this 30 minutes, I am trying to compose myself as I realize due to this sheer incompetence, I am going to have to push my own birthday party back ONE HOUR. That's right, plot twist, it's my 19th birthday today. I am refused a discount and am instead handed 2 packets of stale biscuits as compensation for the delay. $75 and some tears later, I finally have my pizzas. And the worst part is...they aren't even good. Now, I’ve worked in a fish and chip shop — I understand customer service. This was NOT it. It’s not that hard to be kind, and it’s certainly not that hard to be competent. Save yourself the trouble. Go literally...

Typically, when my colleague and I come in, we order coffee and go over the catering list. However, our experience this past Sunday was extremely disappointing. The service was the worst we've encountered so far — we had to wait a long time just to place an order and even longer to receive our coffee. When we asked questions about the products, no one seemed to know anything or offer any helpful information. To make matters worse, everything was messy and disorganized. The displays weren’t even properly set up, which made it unclear what was available and severely limited our choices. It didn’t feel like the store was ready to serve customers at all. We ended up leaving without ordering anything and have decided not to return or place any more catering orders...

But lately, something has clearly changed, and I’m absolutely disgusted by the service I’ve received. For almost a week now, I’ve had to wait far too long for my orders, and to make matters worse, there have been repeated mistakes in what I’ve received. It’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating, especially as a regular customer who has supported this venue for years. I don’t know if there’s been a change in management, but the experience has gone downhill fast. The charm and efficiency that once made this place special are nowhere to be found.
