Red Rooster Northam — Restaurant in Northam

So .... What does one say...

Drove through the "tunnel of terror" drive thru where previous "contestants" had failed and left there car paint work as proof they had been...

Order food.. (served by a very friendly young lady). Pay for food..

Recieved 2 hot (meant to be cold) drinks... But this was explained in detail that there fridges were out of order and to just place them in our fridge at home ( 2 hours away)..

2 x Cold rubber boxes of chips that i believe i seen bounce as they hit the road 2 min dow. The track...

I didnt mind the chicken roll... once i got it past the blister now on my lips from 3rd degree burn as it was SO hot...

My summary being... AND THATS WHY THE CHICKEN crossed the road... Because KFC...

James is a bloody legend. I've been coming to red rooster everytime I eat take out for about a year now as you guys are the only take out place around northam that cools decent food at an affordable price. Throughout that time I haven't met someone as awesome as James at the drive through, he was super polite and respectful as well as talking to me like a general human. I normally don't write reviews but after the legendary customer service I got tonight and with everytime you guys have cooked me dinner, you guys deserve some kind words. Massive shout out to James though, keep up the good work and always stay...

Usually first rate for everything, today very poor. Arrived at the drive through, left waiting for well over 15 minutes, 5 cars behind me, no communication. I resorted to ringing the store, was told they were busy and were clearing the orders first. The two car occupants behind me came to see if I had broken down as the wait was so long. I waited a bit longer, there were no other cars in front of me, they had all been served and gone. I ended up just leaving. Very poor not to at least let people know how long they are expected to sit and wait to order in the...
