Hadn't been to this place for over 6 months, but decided to get something for dinner. The Older male didnt visibly wash hands or put on gloves like most kebab places i've been to. Asked for medium chips $7 and a Lamb&Beef Kebab($14), proceeded to put my chips on then make my kebab. When applying my garlic sauce, he scooped out the bits of chilli sauce that accidentally was already mixed into the top of the garlic sauce onto my kebab and then added more chilli sauce for me, this is just unprofessional and wrong.
It didnt even look like they had beef doner up as the lamb and chicken were the only doners being cooked and he didnt say anything. The kebabs filling was also very stingy.
He proceeded to get my chips but only filled the medium box halfway, looked like he was thinking to add more chips or not, but decided to leave the last small couple of handfuls in the basket hanging which wouldve filled the rest of the box perfectly. The chips were of poor cheap quality and dont taste good even fresh, probably the worst chips in Darwin.
I honestly felt really ripped off before walking out of the store, but instead i decided to take some pictures in my car right away in front of the establishment to warn people away from this place.
You're better off getting your kebabs anywhere else except here, go to gateway if you're in Palmy, if you're in Darwin, go to Istanbul Kebab Bar or DADA DI in Fannie Bay. I should've just gone home to the city and got DADA DI, would've been fresher, larger and cheaper.

Read moreThe meal was different. And i enjoyed it, and that does tell you that the addage where Asian chefs will all cook the same meal...differently, and you may enjoy each version equally. The chips were more Asian style, but there was something else familiar about the meal, and my mind went back over 40 years, and all i was missing was a few beer and crumb battered scallops, a Cobb loaf, and a small foil with some wrapped butter. I used to love the Fishermans Basket at Cobb and Co., and that is what i essentially got, but 40 or so years after my last visit to Cobb and Co. Everything is expensive these days, so if you want a good meal, and you have some extra cash, might be less expensive than trying to cook the meal for yourself. I did home nachos for a mate and i recently, and it was over $20 a head, home cooking, no petrol or car use getting groceries, or time cooking...
Read moreI had a fantastic experience at Darwin Kabab and Pizza! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The kebabs were juicy and tender, and the pizza had the perfect balance of toppings and crispy crust. You can tell they really care about quality.
On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. It's always great to see a place that takes pride not only in their food but also in how they treat their customers.
Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a satisfying meal with...
